Request account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Settings -> "Delete account". If you no longer have the app, fill in this form; we will contact you on your number to confirm you own the account, then delete it.

On deletion we delete your name, phone, email, addresses, family members, medical profile, files and chats. We keep only what the law requires, without anything that identifies you: completed visit records and providers' financial records.
